Thank you for booking with Painted Lens Studio Rental we appreciate your business! Please take the time out to read over our general Policies and restrictions. This is a legal binding agreement.
In Consideration of the risk of injury while using Painted Lens Studio for any reason. I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into waiver and release liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation with utilizing the studio, and hereby release and forever discharge Painted Lens Studio located at 501 Elm St Suite 700 Dallas Tx 75202, their affiliates, managers, representatives, staff and assigns, for any physical or physiological injury, included but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation of renting Painted Lens Studio including traveling to and from an event related to this activity.
I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge Painted Lens Studio and all affiliates, members, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against Painted Lens Studio for Personal Injury or property theft or damages
*For Your safety Please No Swinging, No Jumping in bed. Please do not Climb the ropes of Bed. The maximum weight limit for bed is 550 pounds.
-Please respect your fellow creatives by cleaning up after your rental time. Do not expect to arrive earlier or stay later than the designated time booked. Book the adequate amount of Rental time for Set Up, Shooting, and cleaning. Studio must be vacated by the end of rental time
-There is no smoking allowed in the studio
-All children should be accompanied by an adult at all times
-Fireworks of ALL kinds are prohibited
-illegal drug use is prohibited. Painted Lens Studio reserves the right to terminate rental if any illegal activity is suspected
-Painted Lens Studio has the right to monitor activity in studio
-Sexual activity is prohibited
-Please use caution when bringing food or drinks into studio. We ask that you not eat or drink on furniture. Please dispose of trash properly
-Speakers are available to connect with Bluetooth. Music must be kept at a respectful volume and should not be heard on the outside of studio.
-Painted Lens studio does not sell alcohol. Underage drinking is prohibited
-We are not responsible for property loss
